Deleting your account

You can delete your Planuki account and all backed-up data at any time, directly inside the app — no email required.

    Open the Me tab

    Launch Planuki and tap Me in the bottom navigation.

    Open Privacy & Your Data

    Choose Privacy & Your Data in the Connections section.

    Choose Delete Account

    Tap Delete Account. Planuki will explain what is removed and ask you to confirm.

    Confirm deletion

    Confirm the final prompt. Planuki immediately requests permanent deletion of your account and associated cloud data.

Good to know

  • Deleting your account removes your backed-up data from our active systems. Limited copies may remain temporarily in secure service-provider backups before they are overwritten. Data stored locally remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app.
  • Never created an account? There’s nothing to delete on our side — all your data is on your device only.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Deletion is permanent — we can’t recover your data afterwards.

Can’t access the app anymore? Contact us via the Support page from the email linked to your account and we’ll delete it for you.
